The effectiveness of this activity will implement the principles and practices of modern nutritional science to benefit patients in a health and healing practice; assist in developing skills and behaviors required to incorporate various types of exercise and educational approaches into your patient care strategies; aid in incorporating into your medical practice behavioral strategy recommendations linked to stress management, using methodologies in meditation, guided imagery, visualization, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivation for change; and, provide the ability to develop skills in use at Canyon Ranch in Integrative Medicine, men’s and women’s health and wellness, sleep therapies and cognitive vitality, as they relate to the needs of your practice.

Accreditation: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and Canyon Ranch.
