Mary Richards is the CEO of Richard’s Nutrition and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her coaching practice. Her background includes teaching Division 1 College strength and conditioning, nutrition, and performance at Yale University, Harvard University, and Boston college. She has a passion for holistic health, which allows her to empower everyone she works with to achieve their healthiest mind, body, and soul.
Originally from rural Alaska, Mary’s a former college athlete, mother of five, and half-marathon participant. She balances family life with her passion for working with clients on sustainable lifestyle changes that foster supportive practices.
Mary holds an MA from Kent State University and a BS from Syracuse University. She’s worked with Olympians, professional athletes (NFL, NHL, MLB), college athletes, and private and corporate clients.
