As the first female Executive Chef in Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, she led Untitled and Studio Cafe at The Whitney to critical acclaim. In 2019, she opened 232 Bleecker, Dig Inn’s first full-service restaurant. Her first independent venture, Lola’s, debuts in 2024—celebrating 15 years of culinary excellence in New York City.
