Vanessa Dunn, founder of Mantra Moves™, has been a movement leader for nearly two decades. Her holistic approach to wellness seamlessly blends the transformative power of movement, mindset, and mantra to inspire connection with your true self. A former professional ballerina and Las Vegas showgirl, Vanessa infuses her extensive technique and knowledge to her workouts. Beyond the physical, she shares her infectious energy and wisdom to help align your thoughts, words, and actions. Vanessa has worked with A-list celebrities, Olympic athletes, and brands including 1Hotel, Mondarian, Saysh, Heimat among others. Her latest book, “Mantra Moves the Journal” was recently named Best in Wellness by Sunset magazine.
