Suzanne Cupps
Bio
Chef Suzanne Cupps is known for her vegetable-forward approach, refined flavors, and thoughtful presentation. Trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, she honed her craft under Anita Lo at Annisa and Michael Anthony at Gramercy Tavern, developing a precise, ingredient-driven style. As the first female Executive Chef in Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, she led Untitled and Studio Cafe at The Whitney to critical acclaim. In 2019, she opened 232 Bleecker, Dig Inn’s first full-service restaurant. Her first independent venture, Lola’s, debuts in 2024—celebrating 15 years of culinary excellence in New York City.

This special event is open to all resort guests. You can come for two days, or stay all week and enjoy the programming featured in this event as part of your all-inclusive stay.

Alcohol may be served at special, pre-arranged events for group guests, homeowners, and members. Alcohol is available for purchase at the Javelina Cantina in Tucson, the Culinary Rebel in Lenox, and the Hideaway in Woodside on limited days and for limited hours. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought into the dining outlets, pool areas, and the spa. Guests may bring and enjoy alcohol responsibly in the privacy of their rooms or order in-room delivery of select wine and spirits.
Our standard policy requires a two-night deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 21 days before arrival; deposit is forfeited with less than 21 days’ notice.
Canyon Ranch is about comfort and relaxation. Although you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel your best, while at our resorts most guests wear light athletic/sportswear and outdoor attire, including in the dining facilities, at dinner, and at Chef's Table events. Bathing suits and Bathrobes are not allowed at dinner.
