As a marketing innovator, Leena is driven by her passion for products and brands that bring joy to consumers.
Leena began her career as a strategy consultant for Bain & Company. Before joining Canyon Ranch, she was CMO of global wine technology company, Coravin, where she grew the business through exceptional consumer insight.
Her more than two decades of professional experience includes a role as a senior analyst within the Corporate Strategy & Finance division of Pizza Hut, as well as extensive knowledge of luxury, beauty, and fashion brands, including over 12 years at L’Oréal. Previously, she was CMO of the modern furniture company, Humanscale, where she brought a creative spirit and unique approach to consumer engagement.
