As the Chief Product Officer and part of the Executive Leadership Team, he builds and grows the business with solutions that scale technically and operationally.

With nearly two decades of experience in product management, Suresh masterfully translates business needs into workable product solutions that scale technically and operationally. He was inspired to come to Canyon Ranch for the opportunity to "be a part of an amazing team and to help transform a company that helps people transform their lives." Before joining Canyon Ranch, Suresh was Head of DTC Brands and Vice President of Consumer Engagement at Bioworld. He managed a cross-functional team across brand, product management, IT, merchandising, supply chain, and finance. Before this role, Suresh was the Senior Director of Product Management at Nieman Marcus Group, where he led the team to build digital products from the ground up that gave Neiman Marcus the ability to provide highly personalized, unique customer experiences in-store and online. Suresh began his technology career at SapientRazorfish and worked with several global brands, including Barnes & Noble, JCPenney, and Marks & Spencer. As CPO, he intends to "build digital products that deliver human-centered solutions that make business sense.
While Suresh’s efforts are behind-the-scenes at Canyon Ranch, his innovative strategies have a powerful impact on the guest experience. His product team manages the growth of the Canyon Ranch app by streamlining and optimizing its offerings to each guest. He is also responsible for the overall digital platform and product architecture and managing the Canyon Ranch Mobile App’s implementation. Guests can expect a smoother and more enjoyable experience on the Canyon Ranch Mobile App, Canyonranch.com, and within digital product offerings at all Canyon Ranch locations.
In his downtime, Suresh advises local startups, providing digital guidance and mentorship to founders/entrepreneurs. He also loves travel, has visited more than 20 countries and speaks six languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu. He is an avid reader of books, blogs, and industry magazines and likes to play badminton. His words of wisdom? “Smiles are contagious and take less energy. Practice kindness.”
